We seek a dynamic, quality-focused Dining Room Attendant to join our restaurant team. Our restaurant venues include the 360 Grille, an award-winning fine dining restaurant perched above the Tennessee River that rotates to provide guests with unmatched views, and Swampers, a fun and festive destination that pays tribute to the area’s musical heritage.
Key Responsibilities
•Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service to guests.
•Set up tray jacks and bus tubs, ensuring they are ready for use.
•Be willing to assist in other positions, such as hosting or food running, as needed to support the smooth operation of the dining room.
•Carry dirty dishes from the dining room to the dish line and break down trays and bus tubs for efficient cleaning.
•Wipe table tops and chairs with a damp cloth, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
•Assist servers by promptly providing any additional items they may need during service.
