Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Client Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to achieve catering sales goals, identify new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Event Coordination & Management: Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and social functions, ensuring seamless service delivery and attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, culinary, and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Budget & Financial Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, manage budgets, and ensure events are executed within profitability targets while meeting guest expectations.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, track competitors, and provide regular sales performance reports to senior management, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
