This position is responsible for coding, recording, and processing all types of cash and non-cash charitable donations, both restricted and unrestricted, received by the UNA Foundation. The primary areas of responsibility lie in accurate, timely gift and pledge entry, gift acknowledgement, and transmission of batches. In conjunction with database responsibility, this position is also responsible for creating and updating donor demographical information as needed.
Minimum qualifications: high school diploma/equivalent is required; some college education and/or a bachelor’s degree is preferred; two years of related experience is required; experience in gift designation, gift entry, and acknowledgement, and/or database management preferred; experience in non-profit organization, preferred; experience in higher education fundraising a plus; and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge fundraising software experience a plus.
