The Property Maintenance Inspector is responsible for the enforcement of many varied aspects of the International Property Maintenance Code, the Anti-Litter Ordinance, and various other ordinances adopted by the City of Florence. Incumbent, working under the general supervision of the Building Official, works closely with other staff in the Building Department, performing inspections and/or investigations regarding Property Maintenance. The inspector also prepares and testifies in court cases when required.
