PSS and CSC Inc. Join Forces, Expanding Safety Services in Western Kentucky
FLORENCE, Ala., September 2, 2026 — Pearson Safety Solutions (PSS), a workplace safety company providing safety staffing, managed safety services and safety technology through its LinkSuite platform, has acquired the assets of CSC Inc., a safety consulting company based in Paducah, Kentucky.
The acquisition expands PSS's presence into Western Kentucky while bringing together two organizations with a shared focus on helping companies protect their people, strengthen their safety programs and maintain safer workplaces.
“CSC has built a strong reputation and lasting relationships with clients throughout the region, and we’re excited to build on that foundation,” says Colton McKinney, President of PSS. “This acquisition allows us to expand our footprint while continuing the quality service CSC’s clients have come to expect and providing them access to the broader resources and capabilities of PSS.”
CSC's owner, Chris Jordan, will remain with the organization, helping provide continuity for existing clients and supporting the transition to PSS.
“I feel blessed and honored to have built CSC over the past 32 years with the most amazing clients, many of whom have become treasured friends. The company grew beyond anything I imagined, and that is why I believe PSS is the right partner to take CSC forward,” says Chris Jordan. “This is the right decision at the right time.
