About Us

LawLers Barbecue is a locally owned business in the Tennessee Valley, not some big corporate chain.

The owners were born and raised in Athens, Alabama and still live there today.

From the owners…

“Yes, we have grown to become more than a “mom ‘n pop” restaurant, butt we still try and keep that small town hospitality feel…no matter how big we get.

Generations of folks have made LawLers a family tradition at their supper table.

There are currently 13 locations to serve you.

Seven are in the Huntsville, Madison area and one is in Athens.

We have expanded in recent years to Killen, Muscle Shoals, Decatur, and Cullman. One of our original locations is still in Lewisburg TN!

AND more locations are in the works…including some future franchises.

Our goal is drive thru times that rival the fastest fast food service times, from placing the order to pulling away with it.

Yet every order is made fresh when placed.

We have no drive thru speakers on purpose.

Our people look you in the eye and give you their undivided attention.

If we do our jobs, you should be able to trust your order is correct the first time.
