ATN Human Resource & Industry Relations Manager

Description The Human Resource and Industry Relations Manager serves as ATN’s primary HR officer, responsible for ATN talent management, employee relations, policy administration, and organizational culture. This position also maintains ATN’s industry and trade association relationships, cultivating employer partnerships and advancing ATN’s visibility with manufacturing associations, industry councils, and sector employers. This position also oversees human resources functions, including recruitment,
