The assistant will assist the facility manager with all aspects of the operation and procedures of Church Road Storage. Job description will include: customer service, good communication skills, answer customer questions relating to their account, resolve customer complaints and problems. collection calls, collecting payments, show unit's selling the features of the storage and services, clean and secure empty units that have moved out, and responsible for UHAUL truck and trailer rental transactions.
