Retail Associate

Located in Florence, AL

We are currently looking to fill an Retail Associate position. The ideal candidates must be able work independently as part of the team, hardworking and willingness to help customers. This role is long term, day shift Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, and some Saturdays.  
DUTIES:

• Greet customers and provide a positive and welcoming experience
• Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment 
• Assist with inventory control and product pricing
• Promote products and services to customers
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
