Receptionist for Florence Office Location

Receptionist: Florence Administrative Offices 

  1. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, answer phone, make appointments when required
  • Utilize a knowledge of the agency services to answer and direct inquiries
  • Maintain a professional manner with visitors and general public
  • Basic computer data input
  • Observe client privacy policy
  1. Performance Standards:
Performance will be measured by knowledge of the job, ability to perform all duties as required and adhering to the agency Policies and Procedures.
  1. Supervision Received:
Directly responsible to the Executive Director or his/her designee.
  1. Qualification Statement:
  2. High school education preferred
  3. Must demonstrate ability to read, write legibly, comprehend, and follow instructions
  4. Must have good communications skills
  5. Basic computer skills required, Proficient in Office Suite preferred 
  6. Compensation:   Based on Salary Structure set up in Wage Comparability Study provided funds are available.
