Full job description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team at our manufacturing plant. Quality Inspectors are responsible for performing inspection, sorting, and data collection to ensure parts meet customer standards. This role plays an important part in containing and improving quality issues while supporting production goals.
Schedule: 2nd Shift -5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Overtime mandatory, may require 10–12 hour shifts, 6 days per week)

Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and measurement-based inspections on automotive parts
- Sort and document defective or non-conforming products
- Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area
- Use inspection, measuring, and test equipment when required
- Accurately record inspection data and complete necessary reports
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner
- Complete all required training and other duties as assigned
Skills and experience
Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and extended shifts as needed
Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting attendance requirements
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Basic data entry and record-keeping skills
