Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
  • Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
  • Perform related duties as needed by supervisor

  • Education High school diploma or GED
  • Reasoning ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and written or oral instructions.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use a power tool (screw gun) that weighs 5 Lbs.
  • The employee is required to handle parts and twist or turn while gathering parts. The employee is occasionally required to walk with parts and reach with arms
  • The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 5 pounds. Possess manual Dexterity to shoot numerous screws in parts. Occasionally employees will be required to lift or move 20-25 pounds.
  • Plant is not air conditioned and employee must be physically able to work in high temperatures in the summer months
  • Personal protective equipment- all employees are required to wear safety glasses, hearing protection and sleeve protectors.
  • Left 25 up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for long periods of time
