Position Summary The Landscapes Production Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining client and team member relationships, providing excellent communication by assisting in resolving all client and employee issues or concerns. Enforces budgets for man hours and materials within job scope production.

Member of the interview team for potential new hires.

Conduct team member evaluations.

Utilizes coaching opportunities for team members as needed.

Enforces corrective action that could result in terminations.

Enforces weekly safety meetings with all team members,

Conduct daily meetings with foremen.
-
Creates process, procedures, and training implementation for each job skill.

Maintains crew structures based on employee ability and output.
-
Develop goal and reward matrix for crew members.

Improves and maintains client retention and upsell opportunities. This work may include but is not limited to:

Weekly scheduling and planning
-
Weekly property evaluations and documentation.

Maintains client and contractor relationships.
-
Resolve all client issues within 24 hours.
-
Schedule and maintain quarterly client property walk-thru.
-
Focus on client retention and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications
The following education, skills, and experience are required for this role:
-
3+ years of lawn care experience
-
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

Valid Driver’s License
-
Proven organization, time management, and communication skills
-
Budgeting experience
-
Knowledge of vehicles and landscaping equipment
Environment
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally. This position is regularly exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment. This position routinely uses heavy machinery and lawn tools. This position requires Company service area day travel.
