The candidate will perform daily functions of HR and the development of a family-owned lumber company while being involved with team members and the community. Some of the duties include recruiting, team member development, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail while supporting the company's mission to glorify God while serving and treating our team members, customers, suppliers, families, and communities the way we want to be treated.
