Florence - Onboarding (New Hire) Specialist - Part-time

The Onboarding Specialist manages the process of onboarding all new hires for multiple locations, including recruiting, hiring, and explaining the company benefits package. He or she ensures compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations and requirements.

The ideal candidate has some experience in Human Resources or a related field, such as Employee Relations. Certification in one or more HR specializations is a plus, but not required. This position requires an individual to have stellar organizational and detail-oriented skills.  He or she must have excellent computer, internet, and phone skills.  Strong written communication and interpersonal skills is also necessary, as well as the ability to preserve confidential information.  Experience with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software is also a plus.
