You must be able to perform facilities maintenance and repairs in a variety of areas including plumbing, painting, drywall, door and furniture repairs. You will be working on HVAC systems, restaurant equipment (coolers/freezers, ovens, etc.), laundry equipment, and plumbing (faucets, toilets and drain lines) in a timely manner.  *You must possess at least 3 years’ experience in one of the above listed areas. The most successful candidates will possess great problem-solving skills communication skills; the ability to read blueprints and schematics; organizational skills; attention to detail; and will be committed to proper use of PPE and safety procedures. Some of the basic job requirements include working with power tools, on ladders and scaffolding, some heavy lifting and working both indoors and outdoors.  You will also routine interact with guests and associates. Responsibilities will also include performing routine inspections and repairs on the building interior and exterior and conducting area walk-through inspections for unsafe or hazardous conditions. You will conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is in proper working order and you will be responsible for collecting and documenting relevant data. Pay: $14/hr
