KITCHEN SUPERVISOR - FULL TIME

Assist management staff with supervising daily department activities. Prompt and courteous delivery of all services, maintain a positive image through all areas of guest contact, and thorough cleaning of guest areas. Senior-level cook experience in both food preparation and line cooking.  Prepare all hot and cold items for service ensuring that all are prepared according to standards. Maintains a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area.  Prepares all major food items, including all soups, roasts, sauces, and vegetables.  Maintains control charts of all food items produced. Responsible for opening and closing checklists and production of daily menu items. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations. Trains new employees. Pay: $14/hr
