Administrative Assistant

The Coldwater Landscapes Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This person must have good people skills to work with the Management Team, the Receptionist, and clients to see that the client’s and the Company’s overall goals are met.
The Administrative Assistant will develop a clear understanding of the values by which the company operates, the short-and-long-term goals of the company, and the financial position of the company.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Administrative writing skills
Accurate reporting skills
Bookkeeping experience.
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Critical thinking and Analytical Skills to develop solutions
Knowledge of software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, Quickbooks. Willingness to learn new software as needed.
Self-motivated, but also works well as a member of a group
Willingness to help others.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMMUNICATION | Maintain an open line of communication with the team and relay any comments, questions, or concerns about job standards and personnel. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Provide information by answering questions and requests. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
ORGANIZATION | Supports team by performing tasks related to organization. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
CUSTOMER SERVICE | Consistently deliver excellent customer service and conflict resolution. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Provide information by answering questions and requests. Provide timely and exceptional verbal and electronic communication. Work to address and resolve client issues by evaluating concerns and developing solutions.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work hours: Approximately 40 hours per week (8A.M. - 5PM).
This may require additional hours to complete the task at hand and answer all communications.

Indoor: climate-controlled office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
