General Summary:

The Treasury Solutions Representative will function as a support specialist for the customers as well as for the Treasury Solutions Specialist. They will work closely with the Specialist as well as the operations staff of Treasury Solutions.


Essential Functions:

  • Provides prompt and courteous phone support to customers with regard to all products and services provided to our customers.

  • Delivers products and services to the customer at their place of business, and trains the customer on the proper usage of the product or service.

  • Implements a thorough On-boarding program for all business customers, including, not limited to: service calls, informative letters, thank you letters, follow up visits, etc.

  • Builds relationships with Sales Office employees within their assigned area.

  • Acts as a liaison between the Treasury Solutions Specialist and Treasury Solutions Operations Staff.

  • Communicates on a weekly basis to the Treasury Solutions Officer on the status of new customers and problems that arise with any product or service.

  • Develops and provides reports on all business products and services to the Treasury Solutions Officer.

  • Keeps up to date on policy and system changes, compliance requirements, and technology.

  • Ensures all business transactions are in compliance with operational, technical and regulatory requirements.


Working Conditions:

  • Travel within the Bank Independent network required.Mostly day travel with occasional overnight travel.

  • Generally good, with little exposure to noise, extreme temperatures, dust or other adverse factors

  • Considerable effort and eyestrain from continued checking on the accuracy of all work leaving the department



Minimum Level Preparation and Training:

  • Two years of banking experience required

  • Experience working with customers


Skills and Abilities Required:

  • The ability to develop relationships both internally and externally

  • The ability to work well under pressure with little supervision

  • Be goal and results oriented

  • Have a working knowledge of Bank process and products

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills

  • Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Applications of Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Have some technology experience
