Job Description

Title: Loan Operations Processor – Decatur Branch
Department: Loan Operations
Reports to: Loan Operations Manager

Job summary: Under supervision, and in accordance with existing procedures and systems, provides a variety of functions including, but not limited to; reconcilement of non-post/suspense accounts (DDA & General Ledger), daily items processing of corrections and adjustments. 


Summary of essential job functions:
  • Assist in the management of Account Folio loan documentation and scanning operations, including but not limited to: signed loans and supporting documentation for all consumer loans.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of new and replacement account documents; verifying that loans and supporting documents are received and correct for each new consumer loan.
  • Review and verify changes made to documentation on existing accounts are correct and to assist branches with problems and questions concerning the documentation.
  • Review for the accuracy of data input within the Horizon system including but not limited to: verification of account and customer maintenance forms. 
  • Exception reporting of loan documentation within Account Folio.
  • Performs all job duties in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.
  • Other job duties as assigned or requested by Management.
