Call Center Representative

Located in Florence, AL

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual as a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE in the Shoals Area.  As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients.  You will handle a variety of inquiries, including basic trouble shooting, provide product information, account information and answer customer questions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer and handle incoming calls
