Administrative Assistant

Merchant International, Inc., is looking for a key team member to support the work of management and sales staff. 
This key role is responsible for clerical, receptionist, and coordination of project-based work to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the company. 

Daily Activities 
- Answer Telephones
- Operate multiple user e-mail systems
- Sales and Project Tracking 
- Maintain Filing Systems 
- Prepare Shipments (FedEx, UPS and DHL)
- Expedite Orders

Job Requirements 
- Minimum two years admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player who can work independently 

Workdays / Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
