Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work as a team.

Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Greet visitors and manage phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages)
- Assist with bid proposals
- Prepare daily deposits
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support for the office staff
- Maintain front desk in an organized manner

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
