Controller

We're seeking a dedicated Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting regulations.
- Supervise accounting staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
