that were introduced by Mr. Graham!"

"He is a good teacher and he cares about students.

We have fun in his class doing jeopardy and basketball."

Elementary Award

SHEA  THOMPSON

2nd grade teacher at Forest Hills Elementary School

"Shea puts her heart into every student. She lives and breathes their lives and

worries about their well-being. She has been teaching for over 15 years and

still puts forth as much time and effort as she did her first year.

Shea is also one of the kindest, giving, sincere people I have ever met.

She has a passion and love like no other! She deserves recognition for

all her hard work and sacrifices!"

"Shea works year around either in her classroom or on her curriculum.

She displays a natural passion for teaching, and has achieved her e.d.s in elementary education. Any child fortunate enough to be taught by her is truly blessed!"

"Shea goes above and beyond to make sure each of her students feel appreciated and

honors them together as a class and individually. Mrs. Thompson has a passion

for teaching! This passion shows through her work ethic, praise and support for

each of her students. She continues to encourage each of her students by

getting them excited each day to be their best, give their best, share their best

no matter the outcome. And she gives them the courage to do so."

"She goes above and beyond for all the kiddos. My son looks forward

to going to school everyday with her making school fun and welcoming."

Fortify Your Talent Pipeline!

YouScience is a science-based, skills assessment to determine students' natural abilities and guide them to educational pathways and local careers that match their God-given talents. When assessed, most students have technical skills they never knew they had! See "Case Studies" below for evidence-based research.

YouScience provides employers a FREE platform to get your brand in front of your local future workforce.

In addition, you can use the new (paid) feature to list specific job titles to reach students who have the specific skills you hire, helping you build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline that is critical for an organization's future performance.

The YouScience program closes the gap that exists in many industries by nurturing the pipeline with ready-to-work candidates.

With their kids at home,
what are your employees doing this summer?

As we know, summer is a tough time for working parents as they try to balance work-life with family-life, especially if they can't find Child Care.
