CONGRATULATIONS!
Shoals Teacher of the Month
|
The April Teacher of the Month awards go to ...
Â
Middle / High School Award
KIMÂ GREEN
7th Grade English teacher at Rogers High School
"While English is not a subject that many would chose as a favorite she makes it fun, so students enjoy coming to learn.  She is a great teacher of her content, but more than that, Mrs. Green connects with all her students and builds positive relationships with them.
She praises when it is time to praise and corrects when it is time for correction. Because of that, she is a role model for many who may not have that at home.  As a coach, some even called her Mama Green because they knew she always had their best interest at heart.Â
Â
Elementary Award
CHLOEÂ STOOKSBERRY
3rd grade teacher at Hatton Elementary School
"There is not a more loving and caring teacher than Mrs Stooksberry.Â
She treats every kid as if they were her own."
"Chloe loves her students and always makes learning fun!"
"She is just an all around wonderful person. She loves teaching and her students."
"She cares for her students so much."
"She has a heart of Gold. She loves her students so much."

~ Employers ~ Fortify Your Talent Pipeline!
|
YouScience is a science-based, skills assessment to determine students' natural abilities and guide them to educational pathways and local careers that match their God-given talents. When assessed, most students have technical skills they never knew they had! See "Case Studies" below for evidence-based research.
Â
YouScience provides employers a FREE platform to get your brand in front of your local future workforce.
Â
In addition, you can use the new (paid) feature to list specific job titles to reach students who have the specific skills you hire, helping you build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline that is critical for an organization's future performance.
Â
The YouScience program closes the gap that exists in many industries by nurturing the pipeline with ready-to-work candidates.Â
