Patterson, Prince and Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants is a full-service public accounting firm established in 1992. We are in business to help other businesses succeed. We serve our clients with concern for their best interests, consistent with our responsibilities to the public. We strive to conduct our business at the highest level of professional conduct, and subscribe to the code of conduct written by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

We are accountants, auditors, fraud examiners, tax management specialists and management advisors. We know that we cannot be all things to all people, and we undertake business relationships when we are capable of providing quality service to our clients. As such, we continually strive to expand our expertise and knowledge to meet the ever-growing needs of our clients.
